Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. It takes between 7 and 14 days for the average order to ship and arrive. Time may vary depending on several factors affecting the amount of time it takes for your order to arrive to you.
If you haven’t received your order within 26 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@hoslistichomeshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
For APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/ FPO/DPO or P.O. Box addresses).
Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipments. These shipments can take up to 5 additional days.
